The room had a modern feel with a comfortable king bed, and the service from the staff was excellent.

Breakfast English muffins were stiff/stale.

The bed was wonderful and the extra couch nice for reading.

Grab bars in the bathtub would be nice.

The room is modern, tidy, and includes a sofa.

The hotel offers a hot meal in the morning with fruit. The staff is thoughtful and efficient.

We where there for 1 day, everything was great, thoroughly enjoyed its favourable and easy location really close to stores and several close by restaurants. The great service and shuttle to nearby mall etc far exceeded our expectations. The hotel met needs.

That the room really smelled like smoked, but I was in a smoking rooms too so that probably why and I dont smoke but I didn't think it would make a difference but I'll know for next time

Bed was comfortable. Feather Pillows. Refrigerator in room.

You could hear people in next room talking in normal voices. The maid service came in our room a day we asked for no service. The maid service knocked very loudly on doors in the mornings and woke everyone up, we got in 5am after driving 14 hrs all night so were less than thrilled about this. I was told one price and a higher price was ran on my card. The whole state had tolls like every exit or two just crazy

The pool and hot tub flooring looked dirty.

The room was well-appointed and new-fashioned. All the staff was very welcoming and pleasant, solved my issues. - Loved the room with a sofa, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. - I had great food for breakfast with different egg dishes. - the location was marvelous, close to areas in the chicagoland area, and restaurants. - Main attractions such as Sabatino Park were 3 miles from this property. - Everything was great and met needs.

THe hallway on our floor smelled terrible. There was a smell of smoke when you got off the elevator. We do not smoke and was not aware of the fact that there was smoking in the hotel. We would have requested to be place on a nonsmoking floor.

We enjoyed this stay. The breakfast with eggs and sausage, as for instance was good, you’ll find what you need.

The hotel's location was convenient for dining options and close to surrounding cities, including Elgin, St. Charles, and Geneva, making it ideal for attending a funeral service nearby.
